Special interview with SinEater

1. How did you get the idea to make this game
2. What is your opinion about the members who play it?
3. Why the name "Forbidden Absolution"?
4. How is it to own a game
5. Did you like the anniversary?

1) I got the idea for this game from a game I did play. It was popular and I enjoyed it at first. I spent $100 in one month in donations to the game because I really enjoyed it. However, I sent a person a link to a software program that would help them be able to use more IM services. I was jailed for 7 days because of this. The person who requested the link had played the game longer then I had and knew that they shouldn't have asked for a link. Nothing happened to them. I was new to the game, I messed up once and was jailed. I contacted the owner of the game and asked what rule I had broken. He told me which one and I sent him back a message that the rule stated that multiple offenders should have received the punishment, I should have received a warning like it said. The owner agreed, but said I was still going to server out the sentence because he didn't want to go against his staff member's decision. Once I was able to go back, I gave all that I owned to a member and quit. I decided I would make a game that would have a better design style, better story and game play and a better staff. I also told myself I would listen to a member's case and not just side with a staff member all the time. So, I learned to code in php and this game was up and running 9 months later. Just think, if the owner would have said "you are right you shouldn't have been jailed" and let me back and apologized, I never would have made this game.

2) My opinion of players who play my game is simple. I believe most of my players are tired of the same old, kill or be killed games. They find out that mine is something a bit different and is growing all the time. My members tend to be more into helping others as well. This I like.

3) I picked this name because of a movie I saw. It was a story that was based around being given absolution in a manner that was forbidden. This game does not follow the movie at all, but it will be a take of mine on the subject.

4) Hard work but something I enjoy very much. I created something that others find enjoyable. I have received funds from players so that I may better the game. This shows that there are people willing to support the game monetarily to get options I need and others support the game by advertising to help make the game grow. This is yet another reason I love my members.

5) I loved the anniversary because it marked for me the staying power my game has. People enjoy it and keep playing it. They support it and here it is 1 year later and I find many people still loving the game. How could I be anymore please?

Thank you to all my members, staff and people that have helped make FA a solid and fun game to play as well as 1 year old.
